Tumble Tots: Tots 1 (3 years old), and Tots 2 (4 years old)
First things first when raising children. Enlightened child development
experts know: for preschoolers acquiring healthy learning attitudes is
far more important than mastery of skills. The Tumble Tots curriculum
is carefully designed for exactly what children need most during these
formative years. In Tumble Tots, gymnastics skills are used as tools to
teach learning attitudes. Tumble Tots is offered daily including
Saturday mornings.

The curriculum is designed to provide a non-competitive, achievement
oriented program of progressive skill development. The curriculum
provides areas of conditioning and flexibility, as well. These classes are
offered daily including Saturday mornings.
High School Gymnastics Classes
Special gymnastics classes designed to meet the requirements of the
high school competitor.
Tumbling/Cheer
Special classes designed to focus on tumbling skills needed for
cheerleading.
Dance
Dance classes are the perfect addition for every gymnast. Dance
enhances gymnastics performance, skills, technique and ability. It can
also help protect the body from common gymnastics related injuries.
We offer dance in the genres of Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop and Creative
Movement for all ages and skill levels. Not only does dance increase
physical ability but mental ability as well! Yes, according to a 2003
edition of the New England Journal of Medicine, dance increases IQ!
