Under the auspices of the Atlanta School of Gymnastics and Dekalb County Schools Special Olympic
Program, Amy has been working with special needs children for over a decade.

Gymnastics activities
strengthen, engage,
stimulate, activate and
energize the brain and
the bodily systems
necessary for attention,
performance and
communication within
the body and outwards
to the world around.

The curriculum revolves
around creative gross
motor movement and
planning, sensory
environment.  Session
activities are adjusted
to suit each child's
particular needs.
Ms Amy has over 15 year teaching experience with 1000's of children; typical and special.  She has
taught children from ages 14 months to high school.  She has a Psychology Degree from Emory
University.  Ms Amy offers private, semi-private, and small group lessons to parents wishing this
therapeutic experience for their children.
